ANTIQUE FRENCH EDWARDIAN RING SAPPHIRE DIAMOND PLATINUM

Antique French ring made during the Edwardian era - circa 1905. Sapphires, diamonds, platinum with white gold detail.
US size 6 3/4, but can be easilly resized to fit almost any finger without compromising the setting in any way.
Weighs 3.4 grams.
Exquisitely made ring. Oval in shape with a ring of small diamonds around the outer border. In the center of the ring, protruding from the surface, is a central diamond, very approx 30 points in size.
Inbetween the diamonds is a ring of sapphires, incredibly set with no sign of the joins. Each stone is cut with facets at different angles, so that the stones catch and play with the light. Openwork platinum setting with white gold claws.

Hallmarked on the shank: owl and man's face in a rectangle.
Good condition.
