Antique Mourning pin from the Victorian era!

I believe it is either Silver or Silverplate and WILL clean up even better.(I used a little never dull but did not get all the spots)

VERY unique....It has a small screw so you can put the hair of the person or animal you are mourning in it!!! right now it has horse hair.
